These Terms of Sale describe how our storefront works. By using this website and contacting us about a product, you agree to these terms. We've kept them straightforward and honest to how we actually operate.

About our products

TJLiquidation LLC sells liquidation, overstock, closeout, and clearance merchandise — primarily flooring, vanities, and home goods. Items are new unless clearly marked open-box. Because our inventory comes from clearance channels:

• Quantities are limited and change frequently.
• A product shown as available may sell before you reach us — availability is confirmed when you contact us, not at the moment of browsing.
• We restock regularly, so selection changes over time.

Pricing

Prices shown are our current liquidation prices and are subject to change. Flooring is generally priced per square foot, with the per-box price shown as well. We make every effort to keep prices and quantities accurate, but errors can happen; if a price is clearly wrong, we'll let you know before completing a sale.

Ordering & availability

Submitting our quote form is an inquiry, not a completed purchase. It starts a conversation. We'll confirm that the item is in stock, confirm the price, and arrange pickup. A sale is final only once we've confirmed it with you directly.

Inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We don't run a reservation or hold system — availability is confirmed when you message us, and an item is yours once we've confirmed and completed the sale. Because stock moves quickly, an item shown as available may sell before you reach us.

Payment & pickup

We are local pickup by arrangement in the Orrville, Ohio area — we do not ship. Once we've confirmed availability, we coordinate a convenient pickup spot and time; there is no fixed storefront or set hours.

Payment is made in person at pickup. We accept cash and Zelle.

Product photos & representative colors

Where we haven't yet photographed an item, our catalog may display a representative color swatch generated from the product name — this is clearly labeled and is not a photo of the exact item. Specifications and prices shown are factual product data. Ask us for a real photo of a specific item before pickup and we're glad to provide one.

Returns

All sales are final. Because we sell liquidation and clearance merchandise, we ask that you inspect items in person at pickup and confirm you're satisfied before completing the sale. Once the sale is complete, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Limitation of liability

Our storefront and product information are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, TJLiquidation LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable Ohio or federal law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
