About TJLiquidation LLC

Who we are

TJLiquidation LLC is a family-run liquidation and clearance retailer based in Orrville, Ohio, established in 2022. We buy name-brand overstock, closeout and clearance merchandise and sell it to local buyers at liquidation prices.

Because our stock comes from overstock and clearance channels, it is always changing and quantities are limited. When a product is gone, it's gone — and new inventory arrives regularly.

What we sell

• Flooring — luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, tile and hardwood from major brands, priced per square foot and per box.
• Bathroom vanities — single and double vanities, with and without tops.
• Tools, doors, outdoor and home goods — as they come in. Some tools can also be bought on Amazon and shipped to you.

Everything in the shop is real, on-hand inventory with its actual specifications and current quantity. Items are new unless clearly marked open-box.

How pickup and payment work

We are local pickup only — no shipping. Request a quote or call or text (234) 282-9136 with the product and quantity. Inventory is first-come, first-served, so we confirm it's still available and arrange a pickup spot and time that suits you.

Payment is made in person at pickup: cash or Zelle. All sales are final, so please inspect items at pickup before completing the sale (see the Terms of Sale).

Service area

We serve the Orrville, Ohio area. Pickup is by arrangement — we don't run a fixed retail storefront or set hours, which is part of how we keep prices low.
