Our storefront is a browsing catalog. You can view products without giving us any personal information. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our quote form:

• Your name
• A phone number or email address you provide so we can reply
• The message you write (for example, the product and quantity you're interested in)

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, payment card numbers, government IDs, or account passwords. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the storefront.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry;
• Confirm product availability and arrange a local pickup; and
• Keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

When you send a request through the quote form on this site, these companies handle it on our behalf, each under its own privacy and security terms:

• Netlify hosts this website and runs the code that receives and processes your form submission.
• Supabase stores your submission in our database so we can read it, reply to it and keep a record of it.
• Resend delivers a notification email about your submission to our business mailbox.
• Google (Gmail) provides that business mailbox, so it receives the notification email with the contents of your submission.
• Telegram delivers a notification to us that contains your submission’s details, including your name, your contact information and your message.

Cookies & tracking

Our own storefront does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not embed third-party analytics or ad networks. We do not build advertising profiles of visitors, and your browser and our host use only the strictly necessary technical requests to load the page.

Links to Amazon. Some products carry a “Buy on Amazon” link to our own listing on amazon.com. It is a plain link — not an affiliate link: we earn nothing from the click, and we set no cookie through it. Once you are on amazon.com, Amazon's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Data retention

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to help you and to keep reasonable business records, then remove them when they're no longer needed.

Your choices

Our storefront is intended for adults shopping for home products. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
